As part of Imdaad Group, Farz adheres to the highest standards of health and safety and is certified ISO 45001:2018 for having an effective occupational health and safety management system.

Additionally, Imdaad Group has pioneered several health and safety initiatives including STARRT (Safety Task Analysis Risk Reduction Talk) which is geared for high risk tasks and aimed at minimizing incidents by capitalizing on the role of supervisors and mid-level managers and doing pre-task audits and drills.
